[Example] Reduced power consumption of central air conditioning transport equipment by approximately 65%.

Improved comfort! A case where control was implemented to reduce the transport volume, thereby reducing unnecessary operation, which in turn means reducing electricity consumption.

At Hotel A located in the Kyushu region, they operate a central air conditioning system and have been facing the challenge of reducing the electricity used. By installing temperature sensors on the supply and return pipes of the chilled and hot water systems, they collect water temperature data. For example, in the case of cooling, if the return pipe temperature exceeds the specified level, the pump output is increased to boost the chilled water flow. Conversely, if the temperature is below the specified level, it is determined that the cooling effect is maintained, and the flow rate is reduced, thus minimizing unnecessary operation and reducing electricity consumption. There are a few key points: first, the reduction rate was significant. Secondly, after the installation of the equipment, the operating hours and electricity consumption data are stored and displayed by the equipment, allowing for visualization of the implementation effects. Finally, traditionally, there were issues with the indoor environment being too cold or too hot, but by optimizing the chilled and hot water temperatures with the temperature sensors, these problems have been eliminated, leading to improved comfort, according to their feedback. [Challenge] ■ The equipment, such as pumps, is always in operation, and they are looking for ways to reduce the electricity consumed by these devices. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
